we wear it on our face, we keep up with the pace, and dont slow down, but its perfection without grace, its such a lonely place to be found, we go round and round and never really move at all, oh we are bruised and destined to lose, doing this alone, ohh let it all, and cover us all. this grace, thats not our own. see it in our eyes, we’re running to the prize, dont burn out, but without a hand to hold, we’ll never really know what lifes all about, we go round and round, but never really move, lets live like we’re alove, we’ll take the pain in stride, we’ll learn from our mistakes, and be glad we were tried, lets live like we’re alive, live like we’re alive and run into the night.

We live in s society where subjects of despair, depression, suicidal and unpleasant thoughts and taboo.
So we don’t talk about them.
No body talks about them.
But the truth is,
We all feel them
Atleast once in our lives we have this sense that everything is falling.
Nothing fits.
And society says, we can not talk about this.
Society says,
We are freaks for feeling this way.
Society keeps us quiet.
So we internalise these emotions.
We brood, nest and grow these emotions.
They build up,
Become toxic in our bodies.
So we seek out n outlet,
We grab desperately on to anything that
Will help the feelings, the thoughts go way.
We cut ourselves, starve ourselves, and take drugs, alcohol to escape ourselves.
And then society has the balls to say
We are broken.
We are ill.
We need to be fixed.
Well I say fuck you society,
Fuck you!
We are only broken,
Because you have broken us!
We are ill because you have poisoned us.
It is not our minds that needs to be fixed,
But society’s views.
There is this distorted idea that it is wrong to have emotions.
To feel, so everyone pretends that they don’t.
